Let’s prepare an excellent dressing for an easy and quick summer salad.
For the salad we need:
- Salad mix, we preferred a mix of spinach, arugula and chines cabbage.
- Fresh cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
Cut them in a way convenient for you and add to the salad leaves.
Next, proceed to the most interesting part of the salad – dressing preparation.
When you prepare the dressings, you need to consider the following proportions: 1 part of citric acid (you can use lime juice or vinegar) to 3 parts of oil. This way you get a balanced salad dressing that is not too acetous or too oily. In addition to these basic ingredients, let your imagination choose additional tastes using aromatic herbs.
For the dressing, we need the following ingredients:
- Grapeseed oil Bioteca Chardonnay-Sauvignon -4 tbsp.
- Lemon juice -1.5 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Young garlic (optional)
- Salt and pepper
We mix all the ingredients, optionally add salt and pepper, as well as finely chopped fresh garlic for piquancy.
If desired, slightly salted salmon or baked chicken fillet can be added to the salad. This will make the salad more satisfying and will open up our dressing in a new way.
Add some pine nuts for decoration and crunchiness. Pour our salad dressing and enjoy the beautiful and light appetizer before te hmain courses or as a main dish.
