Receiving raw materials

Grape pomace is delivered to our production line within 12 hours after grape pressing for juice and wine production.

Separation

Grape seeds are separated out of skin within 6 hours.

Drying

Within 24 hours grape seeds are carefully dried in a drier in a temperature of max 50°C using non-direct heating. It helps to keep all antioxidants in the seed and avoid bacteria, mould contamination and oxidation.

Cleaning

Seeds are cleaned several times from residue like skin, leaves etc.

Pressing

Seeds are pressed in screw press under the temperature of maximum 50°C. We get oil with a pleasant smell and natural green color which saves all-natural vitamins and nutrients.

First filtration

Oil passes through drum vacuum filter, where oil sediment remains on the filter.

Second filtration

Oil passes through the second filter, cleaning the oil from all micro parts and oil sediment.

Packaging and labeling

The oil is bottled, and then going on capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, and the packaging of bottles in the boxes.

Shipment

Fresh and tasty oil is sent to the destination.
