Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

Local door to door delivery by courier to all cities and regions of the Republic of Moldova, self pickup from the office in Chisinau, International delivery by post office.

Time of delivery in RM

  • Courier service – Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 20:00.
  • On Saturdays, delivery is from 9:00 to 15:00.
  • Delivery is carried out within 1-2 business days (not including the day of order)
  • Pickup is available Monday – Friday from 9:30 to 18:00 on a preliminary call.

International Delivery

We are not responsible for the mistakes in the information provided by you at the time of registration.

At the time of receipt of the order, make sure that the product appearance, quantity, and state correspond to your order. If the product was opened please contact us immediately via telephone number indicated on the website.

Claims after signing the receipt of delivery of the order are not accepted.

Cost of delivery in RM

Within the city of Chisinau, when placing an order weighing up to 2 kg, the delivery cost is 34 Lei. From 2 to 5 kg, the delivery cost will be 36 Lei.

Across the territory of the republic, the value of orders up to 2 kg is 51 lei.

From 2 to 5 kg – 60 lei.

International Delivery

You can pay for the products via

  • Electronic wallets PayNet, Webmoney, Yandex money, Qiwi wallet, Bitcoin
  • Cash

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that food products of a good quality are not subject to return and exchange.

Only goods of inadequate quality can be returned, for example: expired (in this case, you must provide a receipt with the date of order)

In this case, the company is ready to make a return or replacement of the product.

Product exchange after opening the package is not possible. In the event of an exchange for a product of a higher price category, the client is obliged to pay extra for the product.

The cost of courier services is paid by the client.
